AS Design is the Italian collectible furniture project of Anacleto Spazzapan. Unique, handcrafted pieces in which form and construction tell their story together.

Anacleto Spazzapan

Every detail
has a form.

The exploration takes shape in individual pieces: aluminium connections, a circular wooden backrest, the tension of a fabric weave. Each material calls for a different gesture.

The work stays close to the object. For the Flower Armchair, Anacleto experimented with weaving through repeated attempts, finding the balance between pattern and tension. In the wood and aluminium chair, colourful inserts introduce a playful character.
